Due to the Leicester City match against  Watford on Wednesday 19th October we will not be meeting at the rowing club, Instead we will be meet up in the Braunstone Leicester Center Car park at 7:15pm and head out for runs from there.

Currently two runs have been announced :-

• Elaine will be leading run out New Parks Way, down Groby Road, along Fosse Rd and back up Hinckley Road. Think it's about 5miles. We'll probably do about 10 min mile pace and we intend to split into smaller groups for faster and slower groups as necessary.
• Ian Gladwell will be leading an interval session for 8min milers and faster.
