Anyone running a marathon or other long distance running event this year may be interested in the Marathon Forum on March 14th. The speakers will be be Kevin Currell - Nutrition, John Skevington -Training and Steve Needs as a special guest who will be relaying his experiences which will apply to all whether running a quick race or just looking to complete the course.

The Forum will also be interesting to those interested in becoming leaders or coaches in the future.
