For those of you who have been going to the track on a Monday and want to know what to do over the Winter and for anyone else interested in discussing quality training over the Winter, I will be holding an informal workshop after the run on Wednesday night. I won't be at the club for notices but will be along after. Please bring with you any recent race times, I will try and remember the measured mile results, and have a think about your race goals and/or why it is you want to do quality sessions.
