After careful consideration with regard to the current weather and road conditions, and the forecast for today I have decided that the club will not be open tonight.
In making this decision I have taken account of the following;

1.   Road conditions in general.
2.   Conditions in and around the rowing club.
   
3.   Footpath conditions in and around the area of the rowing club.
