As discussed at the AGM it is intended to have a planning meeting for the club.
 
I have now managed to book a venue.
 
The planning meeting will take place on Saturday 28th November 2009  at the James Riley Hall, Friar Lane and Braunstone Baptist Church. It is on the corner of Braunstone Park opposite the police station.
It will commence at 9am and it is envisaged we will be finished by lunch time.
Tea, coffee, refreshments will be available as well as a light breakfast and lunch if required. the room has been booked until 2pm.
 
It is intended to look at the following matters as part of the planning day, and identify people who are willing to lead or be involved in any of the events.
  • Social including the presentation night, pre London meal, and Christmas 2010
  • Races, including Cross country 2010, West End 8 Road Race 2011, Round Leicester Relay 2010, and West End Trophy 2010.
  • Club matters, club constitution in particular officer roles and responsibilities, open meeting and AGM
